The Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń is one of the best universities in Poland – for years it has been ranked among the very best in the country (6th place among universities) and is one of the top 10 research universities. It is the largest university in Northern Poland, and for 80 years it has combined high-quality education with a modern approach to studying..
The Nicolaus Copernicus University comprises two campuses: in Toruń and Bydgoszcz. It offers over 100 degree programmes – ranging from the humanities and sciences, through the arts and social sciences, to medicine, veterinary science and modern interdisciplinary programmes. The university is constantly expanding its range of programmes in response to the challenges of the labour market and the modern world.
At NCU, you gain more than just knowledge. You can pursue your interests in over 100 academic societies and student organisations, take part in research projects, earn additional certificates and benefit from international programmes, including those offered through the YUFE alliance.
Toruń and Bydgoszcz are student-friendly cities – intimate and safe. In Toruń, most of the faculties are located on a single campus, meaning that you can reach your lectures, the library, your hall of residence or the relaxation areas in just a few minutes.
