International Cooperation

International cooperation is one of the key pillars of the development of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

A landmark event in strengthening the University’s international standing was its accession to the Young Universities for the Future of Europe (YUFE) consortium, one of the pioneering alliances of European universities. Another significant step was joining the Young European Research Universities Network (YERUN), a network bringing together young, dynamically developing research universities.

Partnerships and alliances

NCU actively participates in international networks for academic, research, and expert collaboration. Partnerships and alliances with universities and organisations across Europe and around the world enhance the quality of research, teaching and academic management, and enable joint efforts to promote the development of higher education.

Mobility

Educational mobility offers an opportunity for academic and personal development, the acquisition of new skills, and language learning through international exchanges. NCU takes part in mobility programmes such as Erasmus+, YUFE and CEEPUS Freemover.
