The quality assurance system at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń encompasses measures aimed at ensuring and improving quality in all key areas of the university’s operations. It supports the development of quality in education, research, and work organization. Its goal is to foster a culture of quality and excellence, in which responsibility for the University’s development is a shared task of the entire academic community.
The implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System for Education and Work Organization is monitored through regular surveys and assessments:
Based on these results, the University Quality Council prepares recommendations that enable the continuous improvement of processes related to education and work organization.
