II. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Update to the list of acceptable language B2 confirmations. From 1st August 2025 the list of language certificates and proofs of language competence is regulated by the Ministry Order , translation of the language requirements into English.

Consent of parents/legal guardians to undertake studies by a minor
In the case of secondary school certificates not covered by international agreements, recognition or confirmation of secondary education by decision of the education superintendent is required. Administrative decisions will be issued by the Regional Education Authorities until 30 June 2025.
From 1 July 2025, the responsibility for issuing information on certificates and diplomas will fall under the competence of NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange).The requirement of individual recognition of higher education diplomas is in force since this date.

IV. APPLICATION AND TUITION FEES
Application fee is 85 zł and it is non-refundable.
Tuition fees 2025/26 - programmes in English - Tuition fees can be paid in maximum 4 installments per year on a written request. When applying for visa, it is highly recommended to pay at least one semester fee. Please remember, once you choose to accept NCU student oath in USOS, your tuition fee will not be fully refunded.
Recognition of documents. If your educational documents are issued by a country which is not EU, EEA, EFTA, OECD member or your country has not signed a bilateral agreement with Poland concerning recognition of educational documents, please apply for a information on your diploma or secondary education certificate via SYRENA system of National Agency for Academic Exchange.
