  2. The Officer for Counteracting Mobbing assesses whether the report is justified:
    1. if the report is found to be unfounded, it is dismissed without further consideration;
    2. if the report is considered justified, the Officer for Counteracting Mobbing initiates a standard explanatory procedure.
  3. The standard explanatory procedure is conducted by the Officer for Counteracting Mobbing and includes: reviewing the evidence attached to the report, conducting interviews with the persons involved in the procedure, where necessary, collecting and examining additional evidence not attached to the report, interviewing persons who may have relevant information concerning the case.
  4. In more complex cases, a committee explanatory procedure may be initiated and conducted by a committee appointed by the Rector. Members of the committee are selected from among the University community, including employees, students and doctoral candidates. The committee explanatory procedure follows the same principles as the standard explanatory procedure.
  5. A report documenting the course of the standard or committee explanatory procedure, together with recommendations on how the matter should be resolved, is submitted to the Rector. Copies of the report are also provided to the persons involved in the procedure.
  6. The Rector issues a decision regarding the matter under review and promptly informs, among others, the persons involved in the procedure.
