INSURANCE

For a period of stay, according to Erasmus+ Programme, student needs an insurance policy covering:

• health insurance;
• death (including repatriation in case of projects carried out abroad);
• third party liability (including, wherever appropriate, professional indemnity or insurance for responsibility);
• accident and serious illness (including permanent or temporary incapacity).

Any insurance policy or a student card like ISIC/EURO26, which includes these types of insurance, will be accepted.

Please fill out a health insurance declaration and send a scan of it before your mobility starts to: incoming@erasmus.umk.pl. The template is available here.

EU citizens are advised to bring a European Health Insurance Card.
