• Order No. 16 by the Rector of NCU of 12 February 2019 on arrivals of foreign guests at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń

• Order No. 14 by the Rector of NCU of 12 February 2019 on the procedure of purchasing airline, railway and coach tickets for employees, doctoral students, students and foreign guests of NCU in Toruń in the Toruń campus

Forms:

 

• International Visitor Registration Form - to be filled in electronically by the foreign visitor (GDPR consent)

• Application concerning the arrival of a foreign guest at NCU in Toruń to be filled in by the inviting person (employee of the NCU) - choose: "Change language to English"

• Request for Money Order - to be filled in by the foreign visitor and approved by the authorising person

• Ticket purchase order - to be filled in by the inviting person
