The procedure for verifying the data of the NCU graduate is governed by the Order No. 58 of the NCU Rector of April 20, 2017.
The verification of the data, the confirmation of their compliance with the documentation of the course of studies or refusal of such verification is handled by the head of the NCU Archives.
If the application concerns the verification of the NCU graduate data whose documentation has not yet been forwarded to the NCU Archives, the dean of the relevant faculty makes or refuses the verification.
In order to confirm the data of the graduate, the applicant should send to the address of the NCU Archives (firstname.lastname@example.org): a legible copy or scan of the document to be verified together with the reason for the enquiry and a verification form (filled in part I and III) enclosed to the order.
The verification form of the document is sent to the address indicated in the form, and a copy of the completed form is attached to the documentation of the course of studies of the NCU graduate.
