From 1st August 2025 the list of language certificates and proofs of language competence is regulated by the Ministry Order , translation of the language requirements  into English

IV. APPLICATION AND TUITION FEES

Application fee is 85 zł and it is non-refundable.

Tuition fees 2025/26 - programmes in English - Tuition fees can be paid in maximum 4 installments per year on a written request. When applying for visa, it is highly recommended to pay at least one  semester fee. Please remember, once you choose to accept NCU student oath in USOS, your tuition fee will not be fully refunded.

Recognition of documents. If your educational documents are issued by a country which is not EU, EEA, EFTA, OECD member or your country has not signed a bilateral agreement with Poland concerning recognition of educational documents, please apply for a information on your diploma or secondary education certificate via SYRENA system of National Agency for Academic Exchange. Important information

Foreign candidates are required to indicate, in written form, an address for service within the territory of the Republic of Poland or to appoint a proxy for service (for the purposes of delivering correspondence and administrative decisions). This obligation applies to candidates who do not have a place of residence or habitual stay, or a registered office, in the Republic of Poland, another Member State of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation, or a Member State of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) that is a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. If the above obligation is not fulfilled, decisions and correspondence will be placed in the candidate’s file and deemed to have been duly served
