The procedure for verifying the data of the NCU alumni is governed by the Regulation No. 58 of the NCU Rector of 20 April 2017 (in polish).
The verification of the data, the confirmation of their compliance with the documentation of the course of studies or refusal of such verification is handled by the head of the NCU Archives.
If the application concerns the verification of the NCU alumni data whose documentation has not yet been forwarded to the NCU Archives, the dean of the relevant faculty shall verify or refuse it.
In order to confirm the data of the alumni, the applicant should send to the address of the NCU Archives: a legible copy or scan of the document to be verified together with the explanation for the inquiry and a verification form (filled in part I and III) enclosed to the regulation.
The verification form of the document is sent to the address indicated therein, and a copy of the completed form is attached to the documentation of the course of studies of the NCU alumni.
