Study offer comprises about 70 study areas and over 100 specialisations including 11 medical study areas taught at Collegium Medicum - formerly the Ludwik Rydygier Medical Academy in Bydgoszcz united with NCU into one university in October 2004. The two campuses are located in respective towns.

Special studies are conducted at The Jean Monnet Centre for European Studies that offers courses on European Studies, dealing with legal, political, and social aspects of European integration, to students of all disciplines.
